a little bit of everything

i really wish i could be more organized with this and not have to title my post "a little bit of everything." unfortunately, when i can't get on a computer often, i have to mush everything together quickly. so here's a bit of whave i've been up to for the past month or so. which isn't much. we've been focusing on working and finding steady jobs in order to save up for some trips. i've been working at a small restaurant called marmalade. i'll post pictures of that when i can. lately though, it's been really slow, and hours have been cut, so i found a job, conveniently enough on the first floor of our building.
there is a huge professional surf competition going on in the next town, so we're going to check that out tomorrow. i'll post pictures of that too ... when i can.

here's jason's work. 'pie face,' obviously, they sell pies. meat pies, breakfast pies, fruit pies, you name it. it's located right downtown by the bars, and jason's been on midnights, serving pies to lots of drunk people.

this is an australian lightswitch! pretty interesting, huh? i figured i'd regret it if i didn't take pictures of all the little things too. and i'm sure you've all been dying to know what the light switches look like.

and i hear you've all been dying to hear what was in my stocking. well this was one of the things. not the wine bottles, the picture. such a picture perfect family, aren't we?



sorry this was so hasty, i only have 6 minutes left. hopefully, a friend of mine will be sending his second laptop to me, so maybe there will be more chances to skype, and more time for me to put more effort into these posts!
